Pay rate £33.73 per hour
Contract role
Vitalis are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to work in a Neighbourhood team in Bolton.
The candidate will be working with health professionals such as district nurses, therapists etc
Candidates should have experience and knowledge of:
Care act assessment,
Strength based support planning 
BIA and capacity reviews,
Safeguarding
Candidates must have 2 years’ experience within a specific neighbourhood team - otherwise 3 years’ experience+ is required
Candidates must be local to Bolton and able to commit to working in Bolton as role is hybrid but must be able to make it into the office or complete a visit at short notice.
