Job Description

Job Role We’re looking for a motivated Team Leader to manage and engage a team to achieve performance goals in line with operational plans. You’ll ensure compliance, drive employee engagement, and support continuous improvement across shifts.
Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support your team to deliver results.
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards.
Create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Monitor performance, provide feedback, and address underperformance where needed.
Ensure work areas are cleared on time and issues are resolved quickly.
Accurately report shift performance and support change initiatives.

Skills & Experience Essential

Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced operational or production environment.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Knowledge of health & safety in the workplace.
Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and make effective decisions under pressure.
Confident using IT systems for reporting and monitoring performance.
