We have been retained to support the recruitment of a Headteacher for this progress SEND school in Birmingham.  You will be part of the Trust SLT and have a genuine desire to lead on initiatives that have a far reaching impact.

You will be:-

• An experienced Headteacher
• Will have worked in a SEND setting to include complex needs
• NPQH
• QTS
• A strong communicator able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Able to demonstrate a strong track record of progressive leadership
• Used to working with and developing an SEND teaching, learning and support team
• As a Headteacher you will be driving all future initiatives to include growing the facility school has something special to offer a Headteacher, a great setting, excellent team, creative curriculum, excellent facilities and real values that impact what happened with children in this school.
