We’re looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join a growing business in Evesham, supporting their purchasing and business planning departments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin skills and a keen eye for detail to play a key part in a busy, fast-paced team.

  • Provide administrative support to the purchasing and planning teams
  • Maintain and update internal systems and records accurately
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare reports, documentation, and order summaries
  • Track and follow up on purchase orders and delivery schedules

  • Previous administration experience (ideally in purchasing, supply chain, or business planning)
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and internal systems
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Clear communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
