A leading logistics operation is seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Team Leader to oversee daily freight, warehousing, and transport activities. You will manage a busy team, ensure high service levels, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the logistics team
• Oversee daily freight, warehouse, and transport operations
• Manage workflow, planning, and resource allocation
• Monitor KPIs and service performance
• Ensure compliance with customs, health & safety, and industry regulations
• Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers

Key Skills

• Strong background in logistics, freight, or supply chain
• Proven leadership and people-management skills
• Solid understanding of air, sea, or road freight operations
• Confident in problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment
• Good IT and communication skills
