- Align fulfilment operations with wider business strategy.
- Represent fulfilment performance at senior forums.
Performance Management & Insight
- Lead KPI measurement and continuous improvement.
- Deliver clear insights via dashboards and reporting.
- Drive accountability across all operational levels.
- Maintain unfulfillment rates consistently below target.
Operational Excellence & Store Engagement
- Spend 2–3 days per week in stores to embed best practice.
- Champion stock accuracy and customer-focused fulfilment.
- Lead workshops, forums, and engagement sessions.
- Build local ownership of fulfilment performance.
Systems & Process Development
- Work with IT, Supply Chain, and Operations to evolve fulfilment systems.
- Drive simplification, automation, and process optimisation.
- Ensure system development reflects real-world store requirements.
Innovation & Future Growth
- Shape the next generation of fulfilment models.
- Lead initiatives to improve speed, reliability, and accuracy.
- Ensure new propositions are commercially and operationally viable.

- Excellent communication and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Click & Collect, last-mile, or large-scale fulfilment.
