As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will:

• Learn how to develop new business across multiple trades and sectors (temporary and permanent roles)
• Support in building and managing long-term client relationships
• Learn how to source and attract candidates through networking, advertising and search methods
• Be trained in delivering the full 360° recruitment process
• Work closely with experienced consultants who will mentor and support your development

What We’re Looking For:

• A background in a customer-related role
• A confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
• Strong relationship-building and organisational skills
• Ambition, resilience and a genuine drive to succeed
• Willingness to learn and develop
• Full UK Driving Licence
