JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer                  
PQE REQUIRED: 6-10 Years’        
LOCATION: Lancashire                 
SALARY: Up to £47,000 (DOE)                     

THE ROLE:
The appointed Conveyancer will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters including sales, re-mortgages, freehold and leasehold transactions, as well as new-build and plot purchases. In this role, you will deliver a consistently high standard of service, guiding clients through every stage of the residential conveyancing process with professionalism and care.

THE CANDIDATE:
The firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 6-10 years’ PQE and a strong background in handling residential conveyancing transactions. You will be confident running your own caseload with minimal supervision, demonstrating excellent organisational and communication skills.
