REGULATORY LAWYER, 3 - 5 PQE, LONDON/ HYBRID, £55,000 - £65,000. This regulatory body is based in Central London, offering excellent transport links across Greater London. The organisation operates on a hybrid model, only 1–2 days in the office each week. JOB REF: 2056

•The appointed lawyer will oversee fitness to practise cases handled by external Legal Providers, ensuring investigations are timely, fair, and of high quality.

•You will lead and mentor a small team of paralegals, providing guidance to External Legal Providers on evidence, strategy, and procedural matters throughout case development and hearings

•Act as the main point of contact for External Legal Providers, monitoring casework, data, and performance to address issues or escalate when needed.

•Applications are welcomed from candidates with at least 3–5 years’ post-qualification experience as a solicitor, barrister, or CILEX lawyer, who have experience managing complex caseloads, conducting investigations, gathering evidence, and preparing cases for hearings.

•This role requires extensive knowledge of UK regulatory and healthcare law, rules of evidence, and the ability to make sound, evidence based decision.
