COMMERCIAL PROPERTY LAWYER, 2 + YEARS’ EXPERIENCE, WEST YORKSHIRE/ HYBRID, c.£42,000 DOE, QUALIFIED SOLICITOR OR PARALEGAL. Due to continued growth and an expanding client base, the firm is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Fee Earner to join their team. JOB REF: 0940

•You will advise on a full range of commercial property matters, acting for a diverse client base and delivering excellent client care.

•The appointed fee earner will work closely with the partner to help drive growth within the department, contributing to the development of the practice as the team expands.

•Applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience in commercial property fee earning, able to manage their own caseload with confidence and minimal supervision.

•The firm is open to qualified solicitors and experienced paralegals for this role.
