OVERVIEW:
•Responsibilities include providing guidance on a wide variety of residential property transactions and maintaining regular communication with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders.
•You will keep up to date with legal developments and working collaboratively with other fee earners and assistants
•The appointed candidate will prepare and review legal documents, ensure compliance with firm standards, and meet billing targets
•The legal professional will have 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases and transfers of equity
•You will manage your caseload independently, ensuring efficient and cost effective handling while providing high quality legal advice and outstanding client service
