Production Operative

Factory & Warehouse Jobs – Near North Scarle
Pertemps are hiring QA Staff, Warehouse Operatives, Forklift Truck Drivers, and Machine Operators for a leading Animal Feed Factory near North Scarle.
 
The opportunity:

Roles available:

• Machine Operators– run production machinery safely and efficiently (valid license required)
• Forklift Truck Drivers– load, unload, and move stock (valid license required)
• Warehouse Operatives– support storage, stock control, and distribution
• QA Staff– carry out quality checks and support production processes

 
What we’re looking for:

• Experience in factory, warehouse, or production roles (preferred but not essential)
• Valid forklift license
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Must be able to drive to the site (no public transport links)

 
Hours & shifts:

• 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
• 12-hour shifts rotating days & nights:
• Days: 6:00am – 6:00pm
• Nights: 6:00pm – 6:00am

 
Pay rates:
£13.47 – £14.46 per hour (basic rates). Overtime is paid at a higher rate.
