An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a well-established building maintenance company on a permanent basis. This Site Supervisor is a hands-on role for a confident professional who thrives on leading teams, delivering high-quality projects, and maintaining exceptional standards on site. 

As the Site Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of projects, acting as the link between contractors, clients, and the wider delivery team. If you’re organised, proactive, and passionate about getting the job done right, this could be the perfect next step in your career. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily running of site projects
• Ensure Health & Safety standards and procedures are consistently met
• Deliver site inductions and toolbox talks
• Interpret programmes, drawings, and technical specifications
• Communicate progress updates and issue documentation to clients and contractors
• Attend pre-start, progress, and handover meetings
• Order materials and coordinate timely site deliveries

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a similar supervisory role
• Strong IT and communication skills
• SMSTS (essential)
• CSCS card
• First Aid at Work (desirable)
• Full, relevant driving licence
