Walsall
Full Time – 37.5 hours per week
Up to £30,000 per annum

What you’ll be doing
  • Manage phones, incoming enquiries, visitor hospitality, and that all‑important first impression
  • Set clear priorities and support another member of the team and their growth
  • Quote customers using product information sheets and pricing tools; follow through with order processing and timely purchase orders
  • Post invoices, pre‑invoices, and reconcile accounts
  • Coordinate UK & overseas shipments—raise APC, DHL, and export documentation, book transport, print labels, and track despatch
  • Build and maintain spreadsheets in Excel, draft letters, labels, and reports in Word
  • General admin & ad‑hoc projects that keep the wheels turning smoothly
 
 
What you’ll bring
  • Solid experience as an Office Manager (or similar) in a manufacturing, distribution, or similar environment
  • Confident user of Sage 50 or Sage Cloud and the full Microsoft Office suite—especially Excel
  • First‑class organisational skills: you prioritise, multitask, and stay calm when deadlines collide
  • Natural people leader
  • A clean UK driving licence (occasional errands, or pick‑ups)
