Warehouse / Soldering operative

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Location: Stretford
Industry: Electronics / Manufacturing
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Soldering Operative to join our team in Stretford. If you have a strong work ethic, take pride in precision, and thrive in a hands-on environment – we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high standard of workmanship in all production tasks
• Keep the production area clean, tidy, and organised
• Support continuous improvement of processes and production methods
• Assist the QA department in testing new products
• Carry out general warehouse duties when required

What We’re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Soldering experience (this is essential)
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Previous electrical experience
• Ideally, previous work with LEDs
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
