This global player are looking for a Commodity Manager to engage with a selection of worldwide suppliers who can assist in the growth of the business.

Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the development of suppliers, ensuring the purchase and control of materials is sourced at the lowest overall cost in line with the business strategies. You will manage a portfolio of suppliers, asses new suppliers, audit existing suppliers and complete tenders through the company's stage system.
Preferably educated to degree level in a business discipline and a minimum of CIPS level 4 you will be highly driven and adaptable. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive procurement, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and holds knowledge of engineering.
This is an excellent opportunity to work for a collaborative and progressive organisation. You will be rewarded with an annual salary between £38,000 and £40,000 p.a. dependant on experience plus a contributed pensions scheme and company bonus.
