Established in 2007, Procurement People was originally formed by the International Procurement Consulting & Training Group, ADR International, with offices in the UK, USA, Czech Republic, South Africa & Australia. The brand was created to formalise the resourcing of consulting teams for a wide range of national & International Private & Public sector clients in procurement & change management projects. Although the recruitment capability and activities within ADR were active for over 20 years, across 350 clients in 50 countries, the creation of the brand formalised the recruitment activities of the company and also allowed the company to establish new clients outside of the consulting business portfolio.
In 2011 the business was acquired by Pertemps Network Group and is now part of this £750M turnover recruitment group with the benefits to clients of access to over 100 national UK branches and another 50 specialist functional & sector focused recruitment brands, who in partnership provide a wide matrix of managed services and client centred recruitment support in the UK and Internationally.
Procurement People provide specialist services focused on finding quality procurement staff across a wide range of disciplines in the private & public sectors across the UK or Internationally. We also recruit ‘hard to fill’ roles, where a quality approach offers real added value to clients with services such as Talent Pipeline which delivers clients with pre-screened, pre-qualified candidates in a discreet talent pool and we can provide access to procurement competency assessment tools enabling clients to recruit with less risk.
